Q. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

A. Yes! We ship worldwide! International orders will be subjected to higher shipping rates and longer shipping times.

Q. WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES? 

A. Our shipping rate is standard USPS shipping, 2-3 day delivery. Free shipping is offered to orders $50 and more (US only). Discounts will automatically apply to your order. 

Q. I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION NUMBER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

A. Please email hey@solsister.us and provide us with your first and last name, and the email address on file. Expect a response within 72 hours for your confirmation code.

A. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and PayPal.

Q. WHAT IS THE GOLDEN COLLECTION MADE OF?

A. Our jewelry is 18K gold plated, meaning that the outer layer of our pieces are coated in a layer of 75% pure gold. The inside structure is made of premium stainless steel, for durability purposes.

Q. WILL THE PIECES TARNISH?

A. The GOLDEN collection should last up to 5-6 years without fading or tarnishing, with avoidance of frequent exposure to water. If you choose to shower with your pieces please expect them to last 1-2 years.
